CA-NV AWWA Annual Fall Conference 2024: Abstract Submission Form

ABSTRACTS DUE: April 26th, 2024 May 3rd, 2024

 

Abstract Guidelines:

 

  • The title should be brief, clearly indicating the nature of the proposed session.
  • Abstracts must provide a description (300-500 words), stating the objectives, status, methodology, findings and significance of the project or investigation.
  • Hot topics and new developments are especially welcomed.
  • The Section must receive a biography for each speaker suitable for the purpose of    introduction.
  • The use of company names and logos within a presentation must be kept to the first and last slide only and not used throughout the presentation (With exception if submitting for the Manufacturers and Associates Council (MAC Track)
  • Presenters with proprietary interest of any kind agree not to advertise, promote, endorse or market their interest at any time during their presentation. (With exception if submitting for the Manufacturers and Associates Council (MAC Track)

The Section will make presentations available to attendees after the conference.

The Section reserves the right to cancel and/ or request a change to a presentation based on content submitted.

According to the Section Policy Manual, all persons attending a Section conference/symposium shall be required to register and pay the established fee before attending any technical sessions or entering exhibit areas Special Speaker/Moderator registration rates are available.
